Attorneys Colin King and Walter Mason are proud to represent Bill Reagan in his pursuit of justice for the untimely loss of his beloved wife, Julia.
The Reagan family deeply misses Julia, and many of us have seen their public grief through the billboards memorializing her. In the filed lawsuit, we allege that Julia’s death was preventable with reasonable care. DKOW stands for the rights of injured people and their families, advocating that all patients are entitled to reasonable medical care that preserves dignity and supports well being.
The tragic death of Julia Reagan has left her family and the community in shock. This wrongful death lawsuit is not only about seeking justice for Julia, but also about raising awareness for similar cases in which negligence has caused untold pain.
A Husband’s Tribute with Billboards
In a heartfelt tribute to his late wife, Bill Reagan arranged for 360 billboards to display Julia’s image and the message: “In Loving Memory of Julia Reagan. Our Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.” These billboards were placed in cities across the United States, including Salt Lake City, where the couple resided. Bill, who owns the largest billboard company in Utah, stated, “I kissed her goodnight the night before, but I never really had a chance to say goodbye to her. And so now she’s right on the board so I can say goodbye every time I see one.”
Honoring a Legacy of Service and Compassion
Beyond the billboards and legal proceedings, Julia Reagan’s legacy is marked by her dedication to community service and her family. She was actively involved in numerous organizations, including the Assistance League, the Women’s Legislative Council, and the National Council of Jewish Women. Her commitment to helping others and her role as a loving mother and grandmother continue to inspire those who knew her.
Julia was a dedicated student, attending Olympus High School and Mills College before earning a Ph.D. from the University of Utah. Her passion for lifelong learning and commitment to education left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her.
