Greg Soderberg is a seasoned trial lawyer with a focus on complex medical negligence litigation. He brings more than a decade of experience guiding clients through every phase of civil litigation—from initial investigation and discovery to expert workup, mediation, and trial. Greg has successfully tried cases across Utah, including in Salt Lake City, Provo, and Moab.
Before joining DKOW, Greg built a distinguished career in both public service and private practice. He served the State of Utah as an Assistant Attorney General, representing state agencies and employees in tort and civil rights matters. He also served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Departments of Commerce and Insurance, presiding over administrative proceedings involving securities, insurance, consumer protection, real estate, and professional licensing.
Following his public service, Greg entered private practice, where he defended physicians, hospitals, and healthcare entities in high-stakes medical malpractice cases. He now represents individuals in lawsuits involving medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and birth injury. His background on both sides of the courtroom gives him a unique perspective and strategic insight into every case he handles.
A Utah native, Greg was born and raised in Salt Lake City. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Utah. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, flyfishing, reading, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.
